The draft law provides for the types of bankruptcy procedures for individuals, the grounds for their application and other provisions. It is planned to amend 18 legislative acts — 7 Codes and 11 Laws.

The Head of Government instructed until Feb. 4, 2022, to submit the draft Law to the Office of the Prime Minister.

“I instruct to involve the general public and experts in the discussion of the draft law,” Smailov emphasized.
