The Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed the Decree on the appointment of Alikhan Smailov to the post of Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
"To appoint Alikhan Smailov as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan," the Presidential Decree reads.
