On the instructions of the Head of State, the Government has decided to allocate funds from the Special State Fund for the implementation of the first two social projects to build a sports complex in the village of Zerenda, Akmola region, at a cost of 2.1 billion tenge, and a music school in the village of Temirlan, Turkestan region, at a cost of 890 million tenge.
These initiatives are aimed at developing social infrastructure in rural areas to increase the coverage of residents with educational and sports services.
For example, in Zerenda village, Akmola region, a sports complex with an area of more than 6,000 m2 and a capacity of more than 80 people per shift is to be built. The sports centre will also have inventory and other auxiliary rooms necessary for comfortable training and quality recovery of athletes.

The existing frame building, built in 1974, does not meet modern sanitary and fire requirements and is not subject to major repairs. At the same time, the complex is considered to be functioning today - up to 420 children study in the centre, which is 2 times more than its current capacity, 45 teachers teach. The new project will create conditions in rural areas for quality additional education in the field of arts. Children will have an opportunity to study music and choreography in comfortable conditions.
To date, 177 billion tenge has been accumulated in the Special State Fund. All these funds will be used for the construction of social and infrastructure facilities and other socially important purposes, including the implementation of projects in the spheres of health care, education, mass sports and others.
