Implementation of action plan to reduce administrative burden on business considered in Government

Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerulan Zhamaubayev held a meeting on reducing the administrative burden on business with the participation of representatives of central government agencies and Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurship.

The participants considered the course of execution of assignments of the Head of State on introduction of regulation " from scratch " in business activity, and also automation of system of the state control and supervision.

So far in the first phase of the analysis of regulatory acts in 17 spheres of activity was completed. Now to eliminate unreasonable requirements to business state bodies will make changes to the bylaws (until the end of 2022) and legislation (until March 2023) acts.

In addition, in the second phase of implementation of the approved plan-schedule by December of this year there will be an analysis of regulatory acts in 11 areas of entrepreneurial activity.

Yerulan Zhamaubayev instructed to complete all the work, including the formation of risk assessment criteria and the matrix of industry risks, within the established time frame.
