To fulfil the instruction of the Head of State to bring the share of processing up to 70%, the Ministry of Agriculture has developed a comprehensive plan for the development of processing of agricultural products for 2024-2028. 

As reported by Minister of Agriculture Aidarbek Saparov at the Government session, it is envisaged to provide processing enterprises with affordable raw materials, provide preferential loans to replenish fixed and working capital, increase the export potential of processed products by opening new markets. 

Within the framework of the Comprehensive Plan it is planned to implement 58 projects totalling 176.2 billion tenge. This will give a good impetus to the development of the food and processing industry and will increase gross output of processed products by 1.4 times. 

"Yesterday I met with parliamentarian Zhiguli Dairabayev. He has many ideas on the development of agriculture, including border settlements, processing of agricultural products, support for enterprises producing agricultural machinery and other issues. Aidarbek Seypellovich, it is necessary to meet with the deputy, discuss issues and make specific proposals to me. In general, we need to work more closely with the deputy corps," Olzhas Bektenov instructed.
