The prime minister of Kazakhstan makes a working trip to Moscow

Prime Minister Askar Mamin, in the framework of his working visit to Moscow, met with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

The heads of government of the two countries discussed topical issues of strategic partnership and prospects for further building trade, economic, investment and interregional cooperation.

 

Askar Mamin also held separate negotiations with the Director General of the Russian Direct Investment Fund Kirill Dmitriev, the chairman of the board of Vnesheconombank Igor Shuvalov, the heads of Russian Railways, Oleg Belozerov, and Rosgeology holding, Sergey Gorkov. The sides discussed the potential of increasing investment cooperation, implementing joint infrastructure projects, developing the e-commerce market and interaction within the EAEU.

The Prime Minister Askar Mamin, as part of the delegation of the First President of Kazakhstan – Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev, took part in the opening ceremony of the restored Pavilion "Kazakhstan" at VDNH.
