As part of the implementation of the Head of State’s Decree on the transition to a platform-based digitalization model, a Government meeting was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry Zhaslan Madiyev.
The meeting was attended by representatives of central government bodies, akimats, as well as national holdings and companies. The main focus was on the mandatory transition of government bodies and quasi-public sector organizations to the national information and communication platform of e-government, QazTech.
During the meeting, it was noted that starting from the beginning of 2026, a moratorium on the creation of new information systems outside the QazTech platform will be introduced. Further digital development will be carried out within a unified architecture, without duplication of functions and inefficient budget expenditures.
The transition to a platform-based model will make it possible to consolidate government digital services and data, reduce the number of redundant information systems, and ensure scalability, security, and technological interoperability of digital solutions.
“Our task is to build a sustainable, unified, and efficient state digital platform, where digital solutions function as a system rather than as fragmented projects,” Zhaslan Madiyev emphasized.
