Prime Minister introduces new head of Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov introduced to the personnel of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the new head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Murat Nurtleu. 

Alikhan Smailov said that in the context of current geopolitical realities the work of the Foreign Ministry acquires even greater importance. Through diplomatic leverage, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs makes a significant contribution to the strengthening of mutually beneficial relations with neighboring and distant foreign countries and the development of the national economy. 

"The results of the Foreign Ministry's activities have a direct impact on all of us. The President has set important goals for the department, I wish the entire team success in achieving them," he said. 

The Prime Minister expressed confidence that Murat Nurtleu, who has extensive experience in responsible leadership positions, will be able to ensure the implementation of the tasks set by the Head of State.
