Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov chaired a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Crime Prevention under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Minister of Culture and Information Aida Balayeva reported on the work on the development of the creative industry in the country at the Government session. She noted that since 2021 the President in his Addresses to the people of Kazakhstan has repeatedly noted the importance of increasing the share of this sector in the economy of the country.
At the Government session chaired by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov considered the development of creative industries and digitalisation of culture and art.
Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov held a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on prevention of offences under the Government of Kazakhstan with the participation of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Akims of regions and cities of Astana, Almaty, Shymkent, as well as chairmen of agencies for financial monitoring, regulation and development of the financial market.
Issues of safety of road infrastructure around educational facilities were discussed at a meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tamara Duisenova. It was attended by Deputy Ministers of Internal Affairs, Education, Culture and Information.
Measures to prevent domestic violence were considered at the Government session chaired by Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov. Minister of Culture and Information Aida Balayeva, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Igor Lepekha, Akims of Zhambyl region Yerbol Karashukeyev and Turkestan region Darhan Satybaldy made reports on this issue.
