Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askarbek Yertayev reported at the Government session on the ongoing work to introduce digitalization and artificial intelligence into the social and labor sphere. The main goal is to make public services simpler and more accessible for citizens.
At the session of the Government chaired by Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov, issues related to the formation of a new ecosystem of public services based on artificial intelligence were considered. Attention was paid to the key directions for the further digitalization of public services and the introduction of AI into the interaction of the state with citizens and business.
Zhaslan Madiyev reported on measures to develop and digitalise public services at the Government session. In particular, the Minister of Digital Development said that today 92% of all public services are available in online format, and the level of smartphoneisation of the population has reached 90%.
A regular Government session of the Commission on the introduction of digitalization under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov was held in the Government.
Issues of improving the quality of public services were considered in the Government session chaired by Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov.
