July 23 in Ukimet Uyi, Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev held a meeting on the current status of works within the project management of the Third Modernization of Kazakhstan. 
 

At the meeting, preliminary results of  the work for the first and plans for the second half of 2018 on achievement of indicators and execution of activities in the context of the project management of the Akimats of Kostanay, Pavlodar and North Kazakhstan regions were discussed.

Akims of Kostanai region Archimed Mukhambetov, Pavlodar region Bulat Bakauov and North Kazakhstan region Kumar Aksakalov presented the main socio-economic indicators of the regions and reported on the development of transport and logistics, agribusiness, education, healthcare, tourism, trade, mass entrepreneurship, and carrying out basic industrialization, attracting investment and productive employment. 

In their speeches the akims focused on the measures taken to form a new model of economic growth.
