New building of Embassy of the Republic of Belarus opened in Nur-Sultan

The official opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Roman Sklyar, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Turchin, as well as representatives of business and diplomatic circles of the two countries.

The new modern complex of the Embassy of Belarus with ethnic flavor and wide functional capabilities is located in a dynamically developing area of ​​the city at 9 Koshkarbayeva Street, where the embassies of other countries, conventional, educational, cultural and leisure institutions, service and catering enterprises are located in close proximity.

The opening ceremony is an important milestone in the history of the development of multifaceted Kazakhstan-Belarus dialogue, and the island of Belarusian land in Kazakhstan will be a place of new opportunities for building mutually beneficial cooperation across the entire spectrum of bilateral relations aimed at increasing the welfare and prosperity of our citizens.

The project of the Building Complex of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Kazakhstan was developed by the Housing Institute – NIPTIS named after Atayev.

The Embassy's building complex consists of an administrative building, including a reception hall, a conference room, meeting rooms, employees' offices, a library, as well as a residential building where 10 apartments, 2 hotel rooms, an underground parking lot and the residence of the Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus are provided.

The Embassy of Belarus is located in the diplomatic quarter, which already houses the embassies of the USA, the Republic of Korea, the residence of the Ambassador of Russia, as well as the construction of a number of diplomatic missions (China, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan).
