Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerulan Zhamaubayev held a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund Joint Stock Company.

The Board of Directors decided to establish an anti-corruption service in the Damu Fund by converting the position of compliance-controller in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the approval of the map of key performance indicators of managers of the company and their target values for 2023, the map areas of audit and the annual plan of internal audit service in 2023. 

The Fund's risk report for the third quarter of the current year, the work plan of the Board of Directors for 2023 and other issues related to the exclusive competence of the Board of Directors were also considered in detail.
