Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation

He was born in 1967 in Zhambyl region.

In 1991, graduated from the Leningrad Agricultural Institute of the Order of Red Banner of Labor, in 2008 he graduated from Zhambyl Humanitarian-Technical University.      

In 1988-1996, he worked as a technician, commandant of the Leningrad Agricultural Institute of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, mechanic of the collective farm named after Gorky, chief engineer of the agricultural association named after Tolebi.

In 1996-2008, he was a specialist, head of the department of the apparatus, chief specialist of the Department of Economy, head of the Department of Entrepreneurship of the akimat of Zhualyn district of Zhambyl region.

From 2008 to 2011, he was the head of the department of development of monitoring the quality of public services of the akim's office of Zhambyl region.

In 2011-2015, he was Deputy Head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service in Zhambyl region, Head of the Department of Civil Service and Corruption Prevention of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption in Zhambyl region.

From 2015 to 2018, he was the head of the Department of Agriculture of the Akimat of Zhambyl region.

From 2018 to 2019, he was the head of the Department of Natural Resources and Regulation of Nature Management of the Akimat of Zhambyl region.

In 2019-2021, he was the akim of Baizak district of Zhambyl region.

In 2021-2022, he was the Deputy Akim of Zhambyl region.

In 2022-2023, he was akim of Zhambyl region. 

On Sept. 4, 2023, he was appointed Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On February 6, 2024, he was appointed Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
