President of Kazakhstan makes personnel changes

Decrees of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev:

• Bakytzhan Sagintayev was appointed head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dismissed as state secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Marat Tazhin was appointed state secretary of Kazakhstan, dismissed from his post as first deputy head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Murat Nurtleuov was appointed assistant to the President of Kazakhstan, dismissed from the post of extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Finland, and extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of Kazakhstan to Estonia concurrently;
• Asset Issekeshev was relieved as head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan due to his transfer to another job.
