Until the end of 2017 it is planned to implement a pilot project, within the framework of which the cost of CSC (Cooperative of apartment owners) will be monitored in an electronic format, this was reported at a press conference in the Government by the Chairman of the Committee for Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the MID RK Markhabat Zhayymbetov.

The main objective of the system is to ensure openness and transparency of the CSC's activities in terms of approving costs, spending funds, and making the selection of managers of the CSC more transparent.

"Now we are working together with the Ministry of Information and Communications, Zerde company. This is a very important issue. By the end of the year, the pilot project will be launched," said Markhabat Zhayymbetov.

The organizers expect that after the launch of the electronic platform the work of the CSC will be regulated and the long-term problems of the operation of the CSC and housing relations will be resolved.
