By Decree of the Head of State, Bagdat Mussin was appointed minister of digital development, innovation and aerospace industry of Kazakhstan. This was reported by the press service of Akorda. 

“To appoint Mussin Bagdat Batyrbekovich as Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” the text of the Decree says.
