By the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov the Government Commission on investigation of the causes and elimination of consequences of the fire in the hostel in Almaty was established. 

It includes heads of state and law enforcement agencies, as well as the Almaty Akimat. Chairman of the Commission, Minister for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan Syrym Sharipkhanov urgently flew to the scene.

The Government Commission will immediately start work on a comprehensive investigation of the causes of a group accident due to fire and the provision of priority assistance to the victims.
