At a meeting of the headquarters on ensuring economic growth chaired by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of National Economy Serik Zhumangarin, preliminary results of economic growth in key sectors for nine months were reviewed.
In the Merki district of Zhambyl region, the modern hotel complex KeruenInn was launched. The project was implemented with the assistance of the Investment Headquarters of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which, in accordance with the President’s instruction, has been vested with the authority to promptly resolve investors’ issues and remove administrative barriers.
At a Government session, Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry Zhaslan Madiev reported that five areas of digitalization are being implemented in Kazakhstan’s railway industry. The work covers the transition of public services to an electronic format, reengineering of business processes, creation of an innovative ecosystem, provision of passengers with satellite internet, and the introduction of an online transit tracking system.

During the visit of the Kazakh delegation headed by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Economy Serik Zhumangarin to Afghanistan, the Ministry of Trade and Integration of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Public Works of Afghanistan signed a protocol of intentions between the Ministry of Trade and Integration of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Public Works of Afghanistan, confirming the interest in participating in the construction of the railway Turgundi - Herat - Kandahar - Spin Boldak.
