Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Nysanbayev at the Government session reported on the work carried out in the Republic to preserve rare and endangered species of animals.
At the Government session under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Yerlan Nysanbayev reported on the ongoing work to preserve and increase forest areas in Kazakhstan.

Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov held a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on prevention of offences under the Government of Kazakhstan with the participation of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Akims of regions and cities of Astana, Almaty, Shymkent, as well as chairmen of agencies for financial monitoring, regulation and development of the financial market.
As of December 15 of this year, 4388 out of 5543 identified illegal dumps were eliminated, the indicator improved from 50% to 80%. However, some akimats have not done their work at the proper level. Such data was announced by Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Yerlan Nysanbayev at the Government session chaired by Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov.
At the Government session chaired by the Prime Minister of RK Alikhan Smailov, measures to eliminate illegal dumps were considered. Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Yerlan Nyssanbayev, Akim of Mangystau region Nurlan Nogaev, Akim of Abay region Nurlan Urankhaev made reports on this issue.
Today at the Government meeting the issue of efficient use of water resources during the growing season was considered. Ministers of Ecology and Natural Resources Zulfiya Suleimenova and Agriculture Yerbol Karashukeyev, as well as regional akims made reports.

The task to provide 100% access to quality drinking water by the end of 2025 is facing the Government of Kazakhstan. The heads of the Ministries of Industry and Infrastructural Development Marat Karabayev and Ecology and Natural Resources Zulfiya Suleimenova reported on the measures planned to achieve this goal at the meeting of the Government.
