Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov held a meeting with the participation of full members of the National Academy of Sciences, the leadership of government bodies, akims of several regions, and representatives of the business community on issues of science, implementation of scientific projects, and the involvement of the potential of the National Academy of Sciences in the development of various sectors of the economy.
At a meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of National Economy Serik Zhumangarin, the Concept for the Creation and Development of Science Cities for 2025–2035 was presented.

More than 210,200 applicants took part, of whom 76.35% (160,500 people) passed the threshold score. The average score was 69.42.

In Moscow, Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov took part in a meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States. The event was held at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, where members of the delegations were also presented engineering projects and scientific developments of students of CIS countries studying in Russian universities.
Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov held a meeting of the Supreme Board of Trustees of NU, NIH and Nazarbayev Foundation. The report on the work done was heard and plans for further development were considered.
