33 New Industrial Enterprises Launched in Kazakhstan in 2025

As part of the implementation of the instructions of the Head of State, the Government, through the Ministry of Industry and Construction, continues work on industrial development and economic diversification. In 2025, 33 new industrial enterprises were commissioned. The new facilities are located across various regions of the country and cover a wide range of production sectors, from mechanical engineering and metallurgy to the chemical and light industries.

Among the commissioned production facilities are the following:

  • Astana Motors Manufacturing Kazakhstan LLP (mechanical engineering, Almaty): investments – 182 billion tenge, 3,600 jobs created, production capacity – 120,000 passenger vehicles per year.

  • KIA Qazaqstan LLP (mechanical engineering, Kostanay Region): investments – 131.5 billion tenge, 1,500 jobs, production capacity – 70,000 vehicles per year.

  • EkibastuzFerroAlloys LLP (ferrous metallurgy, Pavlodar Region): investments – 92.4 billion tenge, 800 jobs, ferrosilicon production – 240,000 tons.

  • KamLitKZ LLP (mechanical engineering, Kostanay Region): investments – 82.5 billion tenge, 550 jobs, production of cylinder blocks and monolithic axle housing beams – 74,000 units per year.

  • KamLitKZ LLP (mechanical engineering, Kostanay Region): investments – 78.2 billion tenge, 100 jobs, mechanical processing of axle beams for trucks and special equipment – 90,000 units per year, 46,000 casting molds per year (IZ).

  • Qaragandy Power Silicon LLP (Karaganda Integrated Alloys Plant) (ferrous metallurgy, Karaganda Region): investments – over 62.7 billion tenge, 1,145 jobs, ferrosilicon output – 175,000 tons per year, with a potential increase to 600,000 tons per year.

  • TEMPO-Kazakhstan LLP (ferrous metallurgy, Karaganda Region): investments – over 37.9 billion tenge, 547 jobs, production of pipes for oil and gas pipelines – 250,000 tons per year.

  • TexolTrans LLP (mechanical engineering, Atyrau Region): investments – 30.8 billion tenge, 180 jobs, production of 2,160 gondola cars, 885 flatcars, 165 covered wagons, and 900 tank cars.

  • Kazferro Limited (ferrous metallurgy, Pavlodar Region): investments – over 27 billion tenge, 350 jobs, ferrosilicon production – 60,000 tons.

  • Grand Materik LLP (light industry, Atyrau Region): investments – 10 billion tenge, 35 jobs, production of polyethylene bags – 200,000 units per year.

  • CENTRAL ASIA ALUMINIUM LLP (non-ferrous metallurgy, Turkestan Region): investments – 8 billion tenge, 250 jobs, aluminum profile production – 20,000 tons per year.

  • Sauran Bricks LLP (construction materials, Shymkent): investments – 7.8 billion tenge, 150 jobs, autoclaved aerated concrete blocks – up to 200,000 m³ per year.

  • SL Group LLP (non-ferrous metallurgy, Almaty Region): investments – over 7.3 billion tenge, 200 jobs, aluminum radiator production – 20,000 units per year.

  • Eurasian Mechanical Plant LLP (mechanical engineering, Pavlodar Region): investments – over 7.2 billion tenge, 60 jobs, production of products and components for ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy – 8,700 items per year.

  • Hong Shun LLP (chemical industry, Almaty Region): investments – over 7 billion tenge, 90 jobs, production of liquid glass (sodium silicate) – 200,000 tons per year.

  • Altyn Dala Makta LLP (rubber and plastics manufacturing, Turkestan Region): investments – 6.7 billion tenge, 60 jobs, PVC pipe production – 60 tons per day.

  • TK Gazoblock LLP (construction materials, Almaty Region): investments – 6.2 billion tenge, 50 jobs, production of mineral insulation materials – 15,000 tons of metal structures per year.

  • Kazakhstan Hot-Dip Galvanizing Plant LLP (non-ferrous metallurgy, Karaganda Region): investments – 6.2 billion tenge, 115 jobs, metal processing and coating application – 48,000 tons per year.

  • Sintez Ural LLP (chemical industry, West Kazakhstan Region): investments – 6 billion tenge, 35 jobs, methyl ethanol production – 10,000 tons per year.

  • KazFeltec LLP (light industry, Aktobe Region): investments – 5 billion tenge, 40 jobs, production of nonwoven materials – 2,112 tons per year.

  • ALLIANCE BUILDINGS LLP (construction materials, Shymkent): investments – over 4.8 billion tenge, 200 jobs, production of doors and windows – 150,000 units per year.

  • KazPan LLP (construction materials, Astana): investments – 4.5 billion tenge, 50 jobs, sandwich panel production – 1.5 million m² per year.

  • Bir beldeu bir zhol technology LLP (mechanical engineering, Turkestan Region): investments – 4.2 billion tenge, 45 jobs, production of video surveillance cameras – 518,400 units per year.

  • QILU Agro LLP (mechanical engineering, North Kazakhstan Region): investments – 3.5 billion tenge, 50 jobs, production of 500 tractors, 150 towed units, 200 mounted units, and 150 irrigation systems.

  • MARVIK PARTNERS LLP (light industry, Shymkent): investments – 3.2 billion tenge, 200 jobs, production of nonwoven materials – 8 million linear meters of fabric per year.

  • Himmel Aluminium LLP (ferrous metallurgy, Shymkent): investments – 3.2 billion tenge, 150 jobs, production of metal products: casting – 14,400 tons, pressing – 2,400 tons, painting – 6,000 tons per year.

  • Euro Glass LLP (construction materials, Shymkent): investments – 3 billion tenge, 50 jobs, sheet glass processing – up to 500,000 m² per year.

  • Altyn Group LLP (mechanical engineering, Almaty): investments – 2.9 billion tenge, 87 jobs, solar module production – 250,000 modules per year.

  • Bagdar LTD LLP (construction materials, Almaty): investments – 2.4 billion tenge, 58 jobs, glass container production – 67.1 million units per year.

  • BaikonurStroySnab LLP (mechanical engineering, Astana): investments – over 1.5 billion tenge, 45 jobs, production of brake pads for railway rolling stock – 240,000 units per year.

  • Kapital Construction LLP (ferrous metallurgy, Almaty): investments – over 1.5 billion tenge, 100 jobs, production of profiled pipes – 1.7 thousand tons, reinforcing mesh – 510,000 m², quartz agglomerate – 25,500 m² per year.

  • AynaGlass LLP (construction materials, Kyzylorda Region): investments – 1.5 billion tenge, 55 jobs, mirror production – 720,000 m² per year.

  • PoliTrade Kazakhstan LLP (rubber and plastics manufacturing, Shymkent): investments – 1.3 billion tenge, 30 jobs, output – 100 million meters of products per year.

The launch of these new enterprises has made a significant contribution to economic diversification, regional development, and strengthening Kazakhstan’s industrial base. The implemented projects created more than 10,000 jobs and attracted over 841 billion tenge in investments, forming a solid foundation for further sustainable economic growth.
