Implementation of the President’s Instructions: Government Reviews Railway Industry Modernization Issues
Under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov, the Government held a session to consider issues of railway industry development. Reports were delivered by Ministers of Transport Nurlan Sauranbayev, Industry and Construction Yersaiyn Nagaspayev, and Chairman of the Board of “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy” Talgat Aldybergenov. Akims of Mangystau, Aktobe, Atyrau, Karaganda regions, as well as Abay and Zhetisu regions, were also heard.
«The rapid development of artificial intelligence is already influencing people’s worldview and behavior, especially among the youth. There is no alternative, as this process is fundamentally transforming the world order and the way of life of all humankind. We must be prepared for this. Decisive action is required; any delay may lead to the most serious consequences. Therefore, I have set a strategically important task to transform Kazakhstan into a fully digital country within three years».
