There is no alternative, as this process is fundamentally transforming the world order and the way of life of all humankind. We must be prepared for this. Decisive action is required; any delay may lead to the most serious consequences. Therefore, I have set a strategically important task to transform Kazakhstan into a fully digital country within three years».
