On October 20, 2017, the final International Scientific and Practical Conference of 2017 was held in Astana from a series of expert meetings on the topic "Modernization 3.0: Ruhani Zhangyru" conducted by the Institute of Eurasian Integration.

During the conference, the project "New Humanitarian Knowledge. 100 new textbooks in the Kazakh language ", as well as conceptual problems of modernization of public consciousness.

The conference was attended by more than 100 people – representatives of the scientific and expert community, state bodies, international and non-governmental organizations.

The moderator of the plenary session of the conference was the Executive Director of the National Translation Agency, member of the National Commission for the Implementation of the Program for Modernization of Public Consciousness under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Head of the Working Group of the Project, Rauan Kenzhekhanuly informed about the progress of the project "New Humanitarian Education: 100 New Books in the Kazakh Language". They set out the priorities in the work of the Bureau for the implementation of the project. At present, eighteen of the 100 textbooks are being prepared for publication. It was also noted that the most popular textbooks will soon be available in electronic format on the site 100kitap.kz. The scientific and expert community was informed of the process of preparing the translation of textbooks into Latin script.

Director of the Institute of Eurasian Integration Gani Nygymetov in his speeches noted the great importance of the adopted program "Ruhani zhangyru", also the participants of the conference were acquainted with the projects of the Institute being implemented.

In the course of the speech G.Nygymetov announced the results of roundtables and conferences on the topic: "Modernization 3.0: Ruhani zhangyru", during which the issues of the program "Ruhani zhangyru " were discussed, and stressed that from the very beginning of implementation the program was accompanyied by quality management that has made it one of the most recognizable programs in the society.

In the opinion of the director of the Institute for Higher Education, "the translation of the best world works into Kazakh is certainly not a panacea and will not make a person competitive at once, but getting acquainted with literature will definitely enhance the knowledge that will become the basis of success in the future".

Speakers of the conference were: public figure Myrzatai Zholdasbekov, member of the National Commission for the implementation of the program for modernization of public consciousness under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, director of the Institute of History of the State Committee of Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, doctor of historical sciences, professor Burkitbai Ayagan; doctor of philosophical sciences, professor from France, author of the book "25 key books on philosophy: analysis and comment" Remi Hess, who spoke about the role and importance of humanitarian knowledge, and other scientists and public figures.

During the event, recommendations were discussed and adopted.
