On April 10 in Ukimet Uyi, the Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev chaired a regular meeting of the Government. The issues of public-private partnership, the course of privatization and the digitalization of the education system were considered.
On Monday, April 9, Bakytzhan Sagintayev met with members of the board of the Kazakhstan Foreign Investors’ Council Association in Ukimet Uyi. Issues of implementing the country's investment policy, increasing investment attractiveness and improving the business climate were discussed.
Also this week in Ukimet Uyi, the Prime Minister held a series of working meetings in the selector mode on achieving target indicators for the first quarter of this year and plans for 2018 for economic growth in the regions of the country.
On Wednesday, April 11, in Ukimet Uyi, Bakytzhan Sagintayev chaired a meeting of the Commission on the issues of introduction of digitalization under the President of Kazakhstan. Questions on the implementation of the State Program Digital Kazakhstan, the digitization of education and healthcare, as well as the provision of public services and the development of digital skills were discussed.
On Friday, April 13, on behalf of the Head of State, the Prime Minister visited the Atyrau region with a working trip. The purpose of the trip was the familiarization with the implementation of the Addresses of the Head of the State "Third Modernization of Kazakhstan: Global Competitiveness", "New Opportunities Under the Fourth Industrial Revolution", the President’s Five Social Initiatives, as well as state and sector programs.
