In accordance with the instructions of Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, work continues across the country's regions to develop social and transport infrastructure, modernize healthcare, support rural areas, and implement investment projects. Below are key facilities and projects launched in the country's regions.
Agro-Industrial Complex
In Karaganda Region, the Osakarovsky District saw the launch of the first phase of the largest dairy farm by Eurasia Invest LTD. Investments in the project exceed 30 billion tenge. The first phase is designed for 1,200 milking cows; upon completion of all stages, the herd will reach 6,000 cows, with the total livestock exceeding 15,000 head. The project aims to develop the domestic agro-industrial complex and supply dairy processing enterprises with domestic raw materials.
Healthcare
Regions continue to expand diagnostic and laboratory healthcare infrastructure.
A modern virology laboratory opened in the city of Turkistan. Previously, biological samples for testing were sent to other regions of the country. Diagnostics can now be performed locally, reducing testing times, increasing the accessibility of laboratory services, and strengthening epidemiological surveillance.
In the village of Badamsha, Kargaly District, Aktobe Region, a four-story district diagnostic center was commissioned. It features ultrasound, FGDS, ECG, mammography, fluorography, X-ray diagnostic, and biochemical analysis rooms.
In Zhambyl Region, the healthcare system was reinforced with two mobile medical units acquired with support from the Qazaqstan Halqyna Foundation. One unit is equipped with a CT scanner, while the second features a digital mammograph and an expert-class ultrasound machine. These units bring modern diagnostics closer to residents of remote rural settlements, particularly for the early detection of oncological diseases.
Transport and Logistics
In Turkistan Region, the Saryagash railway station was modernized. The station's area expanded from 449.1 to 558.5 m², designed to serve around 150 passengers per day.
In Zhetysu Region, repairs were completed on the 42 km Taldykorgan – Ushtobe regional highway. Work began in May and was finished two months ahead of schedule.
Geological Exploration
In Karaganda Region, the ZhanaLAB laboratory and analytical complex for geological exploration was opened. The project, valued at approximately 9 billion tenge, was implemented by Solidcore Resources in the Saryarka SEZ. Designed to process up to 200,000 samples annually, the laboratory will improve geological exploration efficiency, accelerate research results, and create around 150 permanent jobs.
Social Infrastructure
In Abay Region, a fire station opened in Beskaragai District, one of the region's areas with the largest forest coverage. Its territory includes 390,000 hectares of forest belonging to six branches of the Semey Ormany State Nature Reserve.
In East Kazakhstan Region, a new park spanning nearly 16,000 m² for family leisure and sports was opened in the village of Kassym Kaisenov, Ulan District. Built at a cost of over 470 million tenge on the site of a formerly unimproved ravine, the facility was designed considering local residents' preferences. The park features a children's playground, a football field, a workout zone, outdoor gym equipment, walking paths, and street lighting.
In the village of Kulynzhon, Samar District, East Kazakhstan Region, a new boarding facility and sports complex were opened. These facilities create additional opportunities for education, accommodation, and sports activities for children from remote settlements.
