First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Roman Sklyar held a meeting with Wolfgang Kropp, CEO of Svevind Group. The company is implementing the large-scale investment project HYRASIA ONE for the production of “green” hydrogen in Mangystau Region.

During the meeting, the current status of the HYRASIA ONE project was reviewed, and plans for the development of alternative energy sources were discussed.

Roman Sklyar confirmed the Government’s readiness to continue providing comprehensive support for the successful implementation of the project, which is capable of ensuring the decarbonization of industry, transport, and energy.

In the course of the discussion, Roman Sklyar spoke about the work being carried out by the Government to develop the energy sector, including in the field of “green” energy.

Following the meeting, a number of instructions were given to state bodies to further elaborate initiatives with Svevind Group.
