The document was prepared by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of instructions of the Head of State, the leadership of the Government, strategic documents and proposals of state bodies.
The Government session chaired by Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov approved the Government's Plan of Legislative Work for 2025. It will be necessary to develop 6 draft laws in a new version, as well as to amend 13 existing laws and regulations.
Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov and members of the Government took part in the plenary session of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov instructed to radically simplify and accelerate public procurement and procurement of quasi-public sector with an increase in the share of domestic goods.
