During his working visit to the Kostanay region, Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov inspected the implementation of the President’s instructions announced at the 4th session of the National Kurultai and the Security Council regarding the development of road infrastructure, the restoration of Arkalyk Airport, modernization of the energy supply system, and the advancement of renewable energy.
A government meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yermek Kosherbayev, was held to address issues of safety, rights protection, and the prevention of offenses among minors. The agenda included measures to prevent violence and bullying, as well as ensuring a safe summer holiday for children.
Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov held a meeting with the leadership of the Ministries of Transport and Finance, the Samruk-Kazyna Fund, the national company “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy,” and the Border Service of the National Security Committee to discuss the implementation of the President’s instructions given during the Security Council meeting.
Hot and dry weather is expected in most regions of Kazakhstan, with the exception of the grain belt, foothill areas, and the extreme south, where precipitation is forecast to remain within the climatic norm. Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov held a meeting on the implementation of large industrial projects aimed at creating clusters of high conversion in the chemical and metallurgical industries. Work on the formation of export-oriented industries is carried out in accordance with the instruction of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
