— During the meeting, the implementation of the Nurly Zher Housing Construction Program, digitization of law enforcement activities, enforcement proceedings and forensic data, as well as issues of further development of civil aviation were considered.

— Before proceeding to the agenda, Bakytzhan Sagintayev focused on the issues of the anomalous cold weather in the country. The Prime Minister noted that according to hydrometeorologists, such weather will last for several days. In this regard, Bakytzhan Sagintayev instructed the akimats to take additional measures to comply with the thermal schedules of the heat networks, especially in small towns in small boiler houses. The Ministry of Internal Affairs is instructed to ensure effective control on the roads.

— The Minister for Investments and Development, Zhenis Kassymbek, reported on the implementation of the Nurly Zher Housing Construction Program. As the Minister noted, by the end of 2017, 979.8 billion tenge was invested in housing construction, which is 18% higher than last year's level. The share of private investments amounted to 825.8 billion tenge or 84.3% of the total, state investments — 154 billion tenge or 15.7% of the total.

— Deputy Prosecutor General, Marat Akhmetzhanov, spoke about the digitization of law enforcement agencies, projects implemented under the Digital Kazakhstan program.

— Minister of Internal Affairs, Kalmukhanbet Kassymov in his speech reported on the ongoing digitalization in the internal affairs bodies. According to him, currently there are 19 information systems in the internal affairs bodies, including in the field of the traffic police, migration service, the criminal-executive system and the operative-criminalistic service.

— The Minister of Justice Marat Beketayev reported on the digitization of the enforcement proceedings and forensic evidence.

— Chief of Staff of the Supreme Court Nurserik Sharipov spoke about the digitalization of the judicial system. According to him, since January 1 of this year, due to changes in the Code of Criminal Procedure, the courts have moved to the consideration of cases in electronic format. In addition, in 2017, an orderly production of civil cases, a service for the reception of administrative cases were launched in electronic form.

— The Minister for Investments and Development Zhenis Kassymbek reported on the measures being taken to further develop civil aviation. According to Zhenis Kassymbek, for today, all restrictions on flights to the EU countries have been lifted from Kazakhstan airlines — five domestic airlines (Air Astana, SCAT, Komlux, KazAirJet and Prime Aviation) have the right to fly to Europe.
