Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov took part in the session “Industry 360: Production Without Borders,” held on the sidelines of the XVI International Industrial Exhibition “INNOPROM” in Yekaterinburg.

The plenary session was also attended by Chairman of the Government of Russia Mikhail Mishustin, Prime Ministers of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, Belarus – Alexander Turchin, Kyrgyzstan – Adylbek Kasymaliev, representatives of the governments of Indonesia, Iran, Turkmenistan, Myanmar, Seychelles, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, UAE, Vietnam, Venezuela, and others.

“Kazakhstan, under the leadership of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, has entered a new stage of progressive development. The Constitution adopted at the nationwide referendum has enshrined large-scale political and institutional reforms. We consistently continue the course toward the development of a Just and Progressive Kazakhstan based on openness and constructive partnership with all countries. The issues of human capital development, science, and innovation are fundamental principles of the state’s activities. This approach creates favorable conditions for strengthening investor confidence, modernizing the economy, and expanding international cooperation,” the Prime Minister emphasized.

Kazakhstan is interested in implementing joint projects in the fields of deep raw material processing, the creation of modern materials, and the development of knowledge-intensive industries. Investors have access to state support measures, tax and customs preferences, the special visa regime Altyn Visa, and project support on the “one window” principle. Priority areas for investment remain mechanical engineering, metallurgy, petrochemicals, the chemical industry, the production of modern construction materials, and high value-added products.

Attention was paid to the digital transformation of industry. Kazakhstan is consistently introducing intelligent data analysis systems, end-to-end communication technologies, cloud platforms, and next-generation software solutions into the production loop. In the manufacturing sector, the share of enterprises using digital tools has grown from 13% in 2022 to 21% in 2025, and the number of productions using the industrial internet of things has reached 7 thousand.

During the exhibition, the heads of delegations of the countries inspected developments in the fields of mechanical engineering, metallurgy, industrial equipment, innovative production solutions, and modern technologies. The Kazakhstani pavilion presented developments of domestic enterprises in the fields of metallurgy, mechanical engineering, IT, the food industry, and others. Among the participants of the exposition are Qarmet, Kazakhmys, Alageum Electric, KamLitKZ, Tengry Tyres, Orda Glass, Silk Road Electronics, BTS ERG, and others.

Overall, the pavilion of the Republic of Kazakhstan also includes developments in the field of industrial AI, microelectronics, and technological education. CoreInsight demonstrates to INNOPROM participants an AI platform for analyzing production data that combines data from production systems, generates charts, factor analysis, and recommendations for engineers. Texer.ai presents solutions in the field of specialized microchips for cameras, sensors, and industrial controllers. The technology allows processing and protecting data directly on the device without transmitting raw data to an external loop. The educational platform Artisan Education is aimed at expanding schoolchildren’s and students’ access to modern technological education. The project forms an ecosystem of interaction between secondary and higher education with regional offices of Astana Hub and is oriented toward training personnel potential for the industrial development of regions.
