On Sep.1, Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will deliver the next Address to the people of Kazakhstan, in which, as expected, the main part will be devoted to the social and economic development of the country. Today in the Central Communications Service under the President of Kazakhstan, Minister of Energy Bolat Akchulakov spoke about the development of the energy industry of Kazakhstan as part of the instructions of the Head of State, given previously at the expanded session of the Government. Also, the Minister presented the results of the half-year program to increase incomes of the population.
