At the session of the Government chaired by Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov, issues of developing special economic and industrial zones involved in the formation of cross-border hubs were reviewed. At the session of the Government chaired by Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov, the progress of forming cross-border hubs was reviewed within the framework of the President’s instructions to establish Kazakhstan as a key logistics hub of Eurasia. Minister of Trade and Integration Arman Shakkaliyev reported on the current status of project implementation and infrastructure development.

At a meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of National Economy Serik Zhumangarin, the Concept for the Creation and Development of Science Cities for 2025–2035 was presented.
Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov held a meeting on the development of aviation hubs and the automobile road sector within the framework of the instructions of the Head of State. The meeting was attended by the heads of the ministries of transport, finance, energy, industry and construction, as well as the akims of the cities of Astana and Almaty.
On Saturday, at the next meeting on stabilizing inflation, held under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of National Economy Serik Zhumangarin, preliminary results of the analysis of the food basket regarding the possible expansion of the list of socially significant goods were presented.
Kazakhstan is launching a large-scale mechanism for developing the real sector of the economy — the state programme “Investment Order.” The main purpose of the programme is to support projects of small, medium, and large businesses engaged in the production of goods that are most in demand on the domestic market and have a high share of imports.
Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov held a meeting of the Council for the Development of the City of Alatau with the participation of the leadership of government bodies, experts, and urbanists. Attention was given to the implementation of the tasks set by the Head of State on creating an international center for business activity, innovation, and technology.
Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov, during a meeting of the Senate, commented on a question from Deputy Sultanbek Makezhanov regarding the optimization of budget expenditures.
