Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov familiarized himself with the digital infrastructure of the E-Finance Center (EFC) and the ongoing work to explain the tax reform to the population and business within the framework of the tasks set by the President in the Address to the People and at the National Kurultai.

At the Government session, Deputy Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development Rostislav Konyashkin reported on the work being carried out in fulfillment of the instructions of the Head of State announced at the 5th meeting of the National Kurultai on large-scale digital modernization of the state apparatus.
The Government will ensure economic growth at a level of no less than 5%, allocate around 8 trillion tenge to support the real sector, and take measures to reduce inflation to 9–11%. In Kazakhstan, within the framework of the new Tax Code, a transition to a service-based model of public service delivery is being implemented. It envisages abandoning excessive administrative measures and focusing on convenience, digitalization, and support for entrepreneurs. Duman Kanseitov, Head of the Public Services Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, spoke about the key changes and advantages for business.
From January 1, 2026, a new Tax Code comes into force in Kazakhstan, which reduces the number of special tax regimes to three. The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has explained which regimes are предусмотрены and in which cases entrepreneurs must submit a notification on the choice of a tax regime by March 1, 2026.
