Minister of Science and Higher Education Sayasat Nurbek reported at the Government session on the implementation of the provisions of the new Constitution, emphasizing that the updated Basic Law enshrines Kazakhstan’s strategic shift toward a knowledge-based economy.
The development of education, science, innovation and technology is enshrined in the new Constitution as a strategic priority of state policy. This was stated by Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhuldyz Suleimenova at the Government session.
Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov chaired a meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC National Managing Holding Baiterek, during which the results of the implementation of the Investment Policy for 2025, as well as issues of further financing of priority sectors of the economy, were reviewed.
Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of National Economy Serik Zhumangarin reported at the Government session on the progress of implementing the economic provisions of the new Constitution.
Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhaslan Madiyev reported at the Government session on planned measures to implement the provisions of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of personal data protection.
Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Culture and Information Aida Balaeva reported on the progress of implementing the constitutional reform at the Government session.
At the Government session chaired by Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov, measures for the implementation of the provisions of the new Constitution were considered.
At the 9th meeting of the Project Office for the implementation of the Tax Code, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of National Economy Serik Zhumangarin, another set of issues related to the application of new tax provisions and upcoming legislative changes within the Eurasian Economic Union was considered.
Deputy Prime Minister Kanat Bozumbayev, during his working visit to the Akmola Region, together with the regional Akim Marat Akhmetzhanov, inspected flood prevention measures in the Astrakhan, Shortandy, Arshaly, Tselinograd, and Atbasar districts.
Under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of National Economy Serik Zhumangarin, a meeting on inflation stabilization was held, during which the results of state control over the sale of socially significant food products were reviewed.
