On the instruction of the Head of State, the Government, represented by the Ministry of Healthcare, is implementing a comprehensive set of measures to modernize and develop the sector, aimed at patient-centered care, increasing accessibility, and improving the quality of medical services. As part of the implementation of the Head of State’s instructions and the Concept for the Development of the Transport and Logistics Potential of the Republic of Kazakhstan, modernization of Pavlodar Airport is set to begin in Pavlodar Region. The project provides for the reconstruction of the artificial runway, taxiway, and apron.
