Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov held a meeting on the prices of socially important food products with the participation of central government authorities and regional akimats on Thursday at the Ukimet Uyi.
Such agreements were reached during the two-day working visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran from 31 October to 1 November 2022 of a Kazakhstani delegation headed by the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Trade and Integration of Kazakhstan Serik Zhumangarin. The delegation included representatives of Kazakhstan's flour, grain and meat unions, state bodies responsible for development of agrarian and industrial policy of Kazakhstan, JSC NC KTZ, Foodcorporations and other interested market participants.
During the working visit of the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Trade and Integration of Kazakhstan Serik Zhumangarin to the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Kazakhstani delegation visited Bandar Abbas port located on the Persian Gulf coast.
The issues of reducing the administrative burden on business and creating conditions for the launch and development of new commercial projects were discussed by Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov and Chairman of the Presidium of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs Atameken, Raimbek Batalov.
