Deputy Minister of Finance Yerzhan Birzhanov reported on the results of the execution of the republican and local budgets for the first half of 2026 at a Government session. In particular, it was noted that all social obligations of the state were financed in a timely manner, the revenue part of the republican budget was executed in full, and expenditures were provided almost at the planned level.
Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of National Economy Serik Zhumangarin reported on the results of the socio-economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for January-June 2026 at a Government session.
At the Government session chaired by Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov, the results of the country’s socio-economic development and execution of the republican budget for the first half of 2026 were reviewed.
The new package combines proposals developed during the work of the Project Office and specialized working groups, as well as amendments prepared in execution of the instructions of the Head of State, Government resolutions, instructions of the Prime Minister, and decisions of the Project Office.
The Government held the 100th meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of National Economy Serik Zhumangarin.

Issues of implementing the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Special Legal Regime of the City of Alatau” and the further development of the new city were considered.
