Minister of Science and Higher Education Sayasat Nurbek reported at the Government session on the implementation of the provisions of the new Constitution, emphasizing that the updated Basic Law enshrines Kazakhstan’s strategic shift toward a knowledge-based economy.
The development of education, science, innovation and technology is enshrined in the new Constitution as a strategic priority of state policy. This was stated by Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhuldyz Suleimenova at the Government session.

At the Government session chaired by Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov, measures for the implementation of the provisions of the new Constitution were considered.

Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov chaired a Government session on the development of the road sector. Particular attention was given to the implementation of the Head of State’s instructions delivered at the extended Government meeting regarding new highway projects, including the development of the interregional road network.
