In Kazakhstan, support for culture and art is becoming an important part of systemic transformations aimed at strengthening the state and creating conditions for the development of talented, patriotic, and educated youth. The new Constitution enshrines an important norm on the preservation of historical and cultural heritage, which gives special importance to the development of the cultural sphere and makes its support one of the duties of the state.
