The launch of new production facilities, technological upgrading of enterprises, and growth in construction volumes generate new demand for qualified blue-collar personnel. The total requirement for specialists across sectors supervised by the Ministry of Industry and Construction stands at 36.7 thousand people. By 2035, Kazakhstan's economic demand for personnel will reach 2.9 million people, of whom 1.8 million will be blue-collar specialists. In this regard, the workforce training system must operate proactively to ensure qualifications align with current and future economic needs. Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population Askarbek Yertaev announced this at the Government session.
Under the chairmanship of Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov, the first Government session in its renewed composition was held following the elections to the Kurultai. In accordance with the Constitutional Law "On the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the new Minister for Emergency Situations Murat Mukhanov took the oath.
